No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. I am not responsible for packages left in a mail box or left outside on extreme temperatures. In event of ordering your plant in extreme weather conditions it is advised to purchase the additional insulation heat/ice packs. It is recommended to be home to receive your package. As I am not liable for the package after it leaves my care. However if there is an issue with your plant/product where harm, or damage to has happened due to a failure of care on my part. Please reach out to me via email with unpacking video and photos of your plant within 2 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a voided opportunity to receive a replacement or store credit. These options are only available if I have done something to cause damage or death to your plants.
